Founded in 2006, Waveland Property Management, LLC. manages over twelve hundred units; a combination of Condominium Associations, Residential Properties and Commercial Properties. 

Waveland’s founders consist of a Certified Public Accountant and a Property Law Attorney, who have over twenty-five years of experience specializing in the real estate and construction industries. Our staff of professionals includes a licensed contractor, a real estate broker, licensed real estate agents, and property management specialists, which offers our clients all of their property management needs in one place.
